If you reside elsewhere, we can offer consultation services only through the "Ask Me Anything" consult.
Please ensure all new or follow up paperwork is finalized prior to appointment start time so that we can dedicate the full appointment to your concerns versus addressing paperwork. Additionally, please do not schedule a lab review until all labs are fully resulted and available.
We encourage you to retain a primary care provider for acute care needs, annual routine maintenance and imaging orders.
We are happy to provide a Super Bill for services for insurance reimbursement. We will utilize your insurance for labs as able.
This is a 30 minute appointment where you can ask me anything! Have a quick question that needs to be addressed immediately? Not a patient, but curious if I'm the right fit? Have another provider and wanting guidance on what to ask for? You can also pick this option if you're an out of state patient for me (only serving ID, UT, OR) as long as you realize there will be no diagnosis made or prescriptions ordered.
