Welcome to MP Integrative Medicine

Your appointment booking reserves your consultation time. During your initial evaluation, we’ll complete a comprehensive health history review, review available labs, and create your personalized wellness plan. No treatment decisions are made until your evaluation is complete.

Telehealth Details: Initial consultations are conducted via secure video. You must be physically located in Ohio at the time of your visit.

Lab Requirements: If you have recent lab work completed within the last 3–6 months, please have those results available. Additional labs may be ordered during your evaluation based on your health history and clinical needs.

Cancellation Policy: We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

Initial Consult 60 Min $ 199.00

Comprehensive evaluation to determine if our program is right for you. Consultation fee applies toward your first month if you enroll in any membership.

Telehealth Follow-up Visit 30 Min $ 99.00

A 30-minute telehealth follow-up visit for existing patients to review progress, adjust treatment, and address any concerns.

Transfer Patient Evaluation (Fast Track) 30 Min $ 199.00

Switching providers? We make transfers easy. If you're currently on GLP-1 therapy, we'll do a full transfer evaluation to assess your current plan and determine next steps. Your $199 evaluation is applied as a credit toward your first month if you enroll. Treatment decisions are made after evaluation and review of your history and labs. Please have proof of your current dose and recent labs (within last 90 days) ready to upload.
