These include injectable vitamin supplements or GLP-1 injectable medications such a Semiglutide, Wegovy and Ozempic. Average weight loss with the prescription strength GLP-1 medications range from 1-4 lbs weekly. Monthly virtual monitoring is required to evaluate symptoms and progress. 

3 Month membership: $1200 (add on Vitamin weight loss supplement injections $105). $200 consult fee if membership purchased for review of medical history and labs. 

During this complimentary consultation our provider will discuss the following with you: 

• Weight loss goals
• Lifestyle such as diet, exercise, smoking, and alcohol
• Medical history including existing illnesses
• Family history
• Personal steps undertaken to reduce weight and their effect
• If the patient has been overweight throughout their life
• How the weight gain affects the mental and physical health of the patient
• Medications taken that may be related to weight gain (e.g., steroids)
• Level of stress
