This is an IN PERSON appointment with Jaclyn Piasta, NP at her office in Marietta, Georgia. These appointments are ONLY for our grandfathered fee for service patients. This is not an open panel to new or existing members. A $150 deposit is due at the time of scheduling this appointment.

VIRTUAL: Follow-up Visit-FFS 45 Min $ 300.00

This is a VIRTUAL visit for our fee for service patients located in AR, FL, GA and TX. These appointments are ONLY for our grandfathered fee for service patients. This is not an open panel to new or existing members. A $150 deposit is due at the time of scheduling this appointment.

This is a VIRTUAL visit. Dr. Piasta can only see individuals currently residing in Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, and Texas virtually.

If you are located outside of AR, FL, GA, or TX, we offer virtual health education and guidance appointments. These visits are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical care.

Patients from any state are also welcome to travel for an in-person visit at our clinic.

This is an IN-PERSON appointment with Dr. Jaclyn Piasta, DNP at her office in Marietta, Georgia. For patients 30 years old or younger.

Appointment best for individual with general hormone concerns, menstrual cycle concerns, fertility concerns or condition such as polycystic ovarian syndrome, hormonal acne, irregular periods, premenstrual syndrome and ARE NOT perimenopausal or menopausal.
