Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your check in time with patient forms completed online. Our office will call you once it is time for your appointment for you to come inside. If you prefer to fill out forms in office, please arrive 20 minutes prior to your visit. Please do not hesitate to call our office at 903-702-2977 for questions or assistance. We are happy to help!

Please note a deposit of $20 is required to reserve your appointment and will be credited to your visit once complete. Cancellations are to be made 4 hours prior to your appointment or will result in a charge of $20.00. Additionally, this amount will be charged in the event you no show your appointment without notifying our office of extenuating circumstances. This is to ensure respect of our practitioners' and other patients' time.

In office visit for IV infusion(s). Visit includes a relaxing space, available refreshments, obtaining vital signs and treatment administered by an experienced RN. Price of service covers aforementioned plus supplies and basic hydration such as 0.9% NS. Specialty peptides and medications are an additional cost. 
School and Sports Physical 20 Min $ 40.00
Sports and school physicals in a relaxed environment. 
Sick Visit 15 Min $ 0.00
In-office visit for new patient requiring medical treatment for minor acute medical conditions or medication refills that are not controlled substances. Labs are not included in price. 
Wellness Visit 50 Min $ 0.00
Initial in office visit to establish care and discuss wellness and health, obtain vitals, physical exam, recommended screenings, create health goals and develop a plan of care. Basic labs are included. 
Weight Loss Visit 30 Min $ 0.00
Initial weight loss visit in clinic to discuss your health and provide you with the tools needed to start you on your weight loss journey!

In office consultation and evaluation to discuss hormone replacement therapy. Initial evaluation is $225. This service comes with 2 options Non-Subscription and Subscription:
