In office visit for IV infusion(s). Visit includes a relaxing space, available refreshments, obtaining vital signs and treatment administered by an experienced RN. Price of service covers aforementioned plus supplies and basic hydration such as 0.9% NS. Specialty peptides and medications are an additional cost. 

Initial in office visit to establish care and discuss wellness and health, obtain vitals, physical exam, recommended screenings, create health goals and develop a plan of care. Basic labs are included. 

Annual wellness exam for established patients in office visit to discuss wellness and health, obtain vitals, physical exam, recommended screenings, modify and continue health goals and plan of care. Basic labs are included. 

In-office visit for new patient requiring medical treatment for minor acute medical conditions or medication refills that are not controlled substances. Labs are not included in price. 

Telemed visit for established patient's requiring medical treatment for minor acute medical conditions or medication refills that are not controlled substances. 

Sports and school physicals in a relaxed environment.
