For non-controlled MEDICATION REFILL REQUESTS: Patients will "book an appointment" for asynchronous medication refill request option due to limitations of the software but this is not a visit you attend, it just triggers a notification of your refill request and will send you form to fill out.

This option is for Eve Telehealth Members who need a refill on medications that don't require a "in person" (Zoom/Phone) telehealth visit. Patients may utilize this option for medications they've been stable on (i.e. hormones, birth control, GLP-1 meds, antidepressants, LDN) and do not require adjustments or changes (with the exception of GLP-1 medication increased dose requests as long as patients are tolerating current dose well). PLEASE NOTE option is not for requesting new medications, controlled substances, or antibiotics. Please allow 3 business days to process requests, this does not include time pharmacy takes to fill prescriptions or ship medications.
