This option includes a IN-OFFICE initial lab review for New Clients only, along with a discussion and the development of an initial treatment plan. It also includes the first month of membership. Specific questionnaires will be sent based on gender. Vital Signs are also able to be performed in person.


Monthly Membership ($79/month) provides ongoing treatment oversight and unlimited access to your provider through the patient portal for questions and medication refills. It also includes access to specialty testing, virtual urgent care, bio-identical hormones, peptides, weight loss medications, and discounts on labs, specialty tests and supplements. Please note that labs, medications, supplements, and peptides are not included in the membership fee and will be billed separately. Each follow-up appointment will require labs, which must be completed and results received prior to the appointment, incurring an additional service charge. Start of membership requires a 6-month commitment, with the option to cancel at any time after that period. Appointments can be scheduled in person or virtually.
