Just a heads-up: your appointment isn’t confirmed until you receive a confirmation email and/or text. Be sure to complete the short screening form and consent paperwork before your appointment to help keep things running smoothly.
 

A few important notes:
 

  • A licensed medical provider will review your intake, complete a brief consult (which may be done virtually), and authorize your treatment. Depending on availability, the provider may also administer your service—but in most cases, a registered nurse (RN) will come to you to perform the treatment.
     

  • The mobile service fee is nonrefundable and will be charged to the card on file or invoiced to you if the appointment isn’t canceled at least 24 hours in advance, even if services are not provided.
     

  • If we’re unable to obtain IV access despite reasonable efforts, the service fee still applies. To help out, hydrate well ahead of time!
     

  • When appropriate, limited non-IV alternatives may be offered at the provider’s discretion and billed separately.

New Client IV or Injection Visit 60 Min
New to CuraCore Wellness? Book this visit to receive your first treatment — whether that’s an IV drip or an injectable (IM or SubQ) therapy. Includes a brief medical review and nurse-administered treatment.

Established Client IV or Injection Visit 60 Min
This visit is for returning clients who have previously been seen and cleared for treatment.

NAD+ Kickstart Visit 30 Min
Start your NAD+ therapy with a personalized treatment session that includes: 
  • Initial consult with our provider
  • Your first nurse-administered NAD+ SubQ injection
  • A 4-week guided titration plan
  • First month of NAD+ supplies for home use
Package price: $399 (includes NAD+ consult, injection, and first month of therapy)

Want to maximize your results? We highly recommend pairing this visit with one of our IV drips for added hydration, energy, detox, or immune support. IVs start at $150 and can be added during booking or discussed during your appointment.
Telehealth Consultation 15 Min
A virtual session with our nurse practitioner to discuss your health goals and determine if IV or injectable therapy is a good fit for you. No treatment is provided during this session.
  • Consultation fee: $50
  • Follow-up treatment appointments will be scheduled separately 
Group Event 90 Min
Planning a bachelorette party, corporate retreat, or private wellness gathering? We offer mobile group sessions — we come to you — with waived travel fees for parties of 5 or more.
  • A 25% deposit is required to reserve your date and team
  • Full refund available with 72 hours’ notice or more
  • Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice are nonrefundable
  • Travel fees are waived for groups of 5 or more
