What to Expect

Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation by email and/or text.

Please complete the screening form and consent paperwork before your appointment to help everything run smoothly.

A licensed medical provider will review your intake, complete a brief consult (which may be virtual), and authorize your treatment.

Depending on availability, the provider may administer your service; however, in most cases, a registered nurse (RN) will perform the treatment.
Appointment Policies

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

If IV access cannot be obtained despite reasonable efforts, the service fee still applies.

To help improve IV success, please hydrate well before your appointment.

When appropriate, limited non-IV alternatives may be offered at the provider’s discretion and billed separately.
Fees & Payments

Payment is due at the time of service.

The mobile service fee is nonrefundable. It will be charged to the card on file or invoiced if the appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, even if services are not provided.
