What to Expect
 

  • Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation by email and/or text.
  • Please complete the screening form and consent paperwork before your appointment to help everything run smoothly.
  • A licensed medical provider will review your intake, complete a brief consult (which may be virtual), and authorize your treatment.
  • Depending on availability, the provider may administer your service; however, in most cases, a registered nurse (RN) will perform the treatment.

 

Appointment Policies
 

  • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • If IV access cannot be obtained despite reasonable efforts, the service fee still applies.
  • To help improve IV success, please hydrate well before your appointment.
  • When appropriate, limited non-IV alternatives may be offered at the provider’s discretion and billed separately.

 

Fees & Payments
 

  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • The mobile service fee is nonrefundable. It will be charged to the card on file or invoiced if the appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, even if services are not provided.

New Client IV or Injection Visit 60 Min
New to CuraCore Wellness? Book this visit to receive your first treatment — whether that’s an IV drip or an injectable (IM or SubQ) therapy. Includes a brief medical review and nurse-administered treatment.
  • IV drips start at $150
  • Injections start at $25
  • Mobile service fee of $50+ applies

Established Client IV or Injection Visit 60 Min
This visit is for returning clients who have previously been seen and cleared for treatment.
Metabolic Health & Weight Optimization Consultation 20 Min
Meet virtually with our nurse practitioner to discuss your goals related to weight optimization, metabolic health, and longevity. We’ll review your health history, discuss potential treatment options, and order lab testing if appropriate.

This consultation includes one follow-up visit for lab review, if labs are ordered, at no additional charge. If appropriate based on your clinical assessment, treatment recommendations and any prescriptions would be addressed during that follow-up. No treatment is provided during the initial consultation.
  • Initial Consultation + Lab Review: $99
  • Payment is due at the time of booking
  • Forms must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your appointment

NAD+ Kickstart Visit 30 Min
Start your NAD+ therapy with a personalized session that includes: 
  • Initial consult with our provider
  • A 4-week guided titration plan
  • First month of NAD+ supplies for home use
Package price: $299 (includes NAD+ consult and first month of therapy)
Add your first in-home nurse-administered NAD+ SubQ injection for an additional $100

Want to maximize your results? We highly recommend pairing this visit with one of our IV drips for added hydration, energy, detox, or immune support. IVs start at $150 and can be added during booking or discussed during your appointment.
Group Event 90 Min
Planning a bachelorette party, corporate retreat, wedding weekend, or private wellness gathering? CuraCore Wellness brings IV therapy and wellness services directly to you.
  • Travel fees waived for groups of 5 or more
  • Flexible service options including IV drips, IM shots, and wellness add-ons
  • Ideal for celebrations, recovery, and VIP experiences

Booking Policy
• A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your date and clinical team
• Deposit is applied toward your final balance
• A minimum of 5 IV infusion services or $750 minimum spend is required for group bookings
• Cancellations or changes made 72+ hours in advance may receive a refund or credit
• Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice are nonrefundable
• If your group size falls below 5, standard travel fees and/or minimum charges may apply
