Just a heads-up: your appointment isn’t confirmed until you receive a confirmation email and/or text. Be sure to complete the short screening form and consent paperwork before your appointment to help keep things running smoothly.

A few important notes:

• A licensed medical provider will review your intake, complete a brief consult (which may be done virtually), and authorize your treatment. Depending on availability, the provider may also administer your service—but in most cases, a registered nurse (RN) will come to you to perform the treatment.

• The service fee (see Wellness Services on our website or call for pricing) is nonrefundable and will be charged to the card on file if the appointment isn’t canceled at least 24 hours in advance, even if services aren’t ultimately provided.

• If we’re unable to get IV access despite reasonable efforts, the service fee still applies. To help out, hydrate well ahead of time!

• When appropriate, limited non-IV alternatives may be offered at the provider’s discretion and billed separately.
