We offer same- day telehealth urgent care visits, weight loss consultations, mobile IV hydration, vitamin injections, and follow-up care for adults.

Serving patients throughout New York, with mobile services available in Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Nassau County and Suffolk County*. Travel fees may apply for extended areas.

A deposit may be required for select appointments and will be applied toward your total service cost.

Please note:

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance

• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit

• Patients must be 18+

• Services are provided after clinical screening and may be declined if not appropriate

Virtual urgent care visit for common, non-emergency concerns. This includes evaluation, treatment plan, and prescriptions if appropriate.

Wellness Lab Panel- Self Pay 15 Min $ 75.00

Comprehensive lab panel for patients seeking a general overview of their health. Ideal for those who prefer self-pay or want to check for common vitamin deficiencies and metabolic imbalances.

This service includes evaluation and ordering of labs such as CBC, CMP, thyroid function, vitamin levels, and metabolic markers.

** Labs are a separate fee and are paid directly to the laboratory (Quest, Labcorp, or other vendor). This visit fee covers provider time, assessment, and lab ordering only.

This panel is not a substitute for a full medical evaluation. Follow-up may be recommended based on results.”

Medical Cannabis Renewal - New York Residents Only 15 Min $ 79.00

This tele health visit is for patients who already have a medical cannabis certification and need renewal in New York State.

During your visit, a licensed Nurse Practitioner will:
• Review your current medical condition and response to treatment
• Update your medical cannabis certification as appropriate
• Provide guidance on continued safe and effective use

This tele health visit is for patients seeking evaluation and certification for medical cannabis in New York State.

During your visit, a licensed Nurse Practitioner will:
• Review your medical history and qualifying conditions
• Determine eligibility under NYS guidelines
• Provide education on safe cannabis use
• Issue certification if appropriate

Common qualifying conditions include:
Chronic pain, anxiety, PTSD, cancer, neuropathy, and other approved conditions.

Medical weight loss consultation including evaluation, eligibility for GLP-1 medications, and personalized treatment plan. Medication cost not included. Reduced to $100 for patients with qualifying labs completed within the last 6 months.
