A $50 Booking fee is required for appointments (except clarity calls and injection only visit), this will be credited back to you at checkout on your visit. However if you miss your appointment or reschedule LESS than 24hrs before your appointment, then your booking fee is forfeited.
*This can be an add-on service Basic lab panel to help jump start your journey to root cause healthcare. The labs includes 17 markers such as CBC, CMP, TSH, A1C, Vitamin D, Lipids, inflammatory markers and more. Once you pay for them, a lab requisition will be emailed to you with the instructions and you can search for the nearest Labcorp for your blood draw. *It is recommended to fast for 6-12 hrs for this lab panel. Results with a breakdown will be uploaded to your portal and you will be notified to make appointment for review of labs if you are ready to work on your health at the root. Results can take 5-10 days to be received and uploaded to your portal.
