This IN PERSON appointment will be at Mind & Body Family Health Center, 1127 Wehrle Dr Suite 15, Williamsville, NY 14221 (NOT Camp Rd, Hamburg). Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment start time. I am only at this location every other Thursday starting in April 2026. All other days of the week are virtual visits so make sure you are available for in person on Thursdays only.
