A personalized 1:1 telehealth visit with a board-certified nurse practitioner to review your health history, goals, and overall wellness.
Together, we’ll create a customized plan that may include:

- Prescription-based weight management (if appropriate)
- Nutrition, lifestyle, and metabolic support
If medically appropriate, treatment may often begin the same day.
Prescription options:Oral and injectable medical weight management options, including GLP-1s when appropriate, may be recommended after evaluation (starting at $249/month).
Labs & Baseline Health Review ($149)
To ensure safe, personalized care, baseline labs are typically recommended for most patients.
- Recent labs from the past 3–6 months may be accepted
- If needed, convenient lab work can be ordered through our trusted partner
Common baseline labs may include:
- CBC
- Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
- Hemoglobin A1C
- Fasting Insulin
- Lipid Panel
- TSH
- Vitamin B12
- Vitamin D
- Ferritin
Depending on your medical history, treatment may sometimes begin prior to completed labs.
