This comprehensive new patient visit is designed to establish your Primary Care Membership and provide a complete baseline of your health. During this appointment, you will receive:

• Full health assessment and detailed intake
• Physical exam (vital signs, height, weight)
• Baseline labs as needed
• EKG reading as needed

While conventional (allopathic) medicine diagnoses and treats what’s above the surface — symptoms and disease — functional medicine also attends to what’s below the surface, at the root of the disease. This includes environmental and lifestyle factors such as sleep, relaxation, physical activity, nutrition, stress, relationships, and access to clean air and water.
