- Perimenopausal women: ideal time for lab work is day 3 of your menstrual cycle, if possible.
- Postmenopausal women: lab work can be completed any day of the month. 
* If you have recent blood work (must be no later than 30 days old) we will accept those results.

Part 2
Meet With the Provider
- 1 hour appointment
- Comprehensive review of your history, symptoms, labs, answer all questions & concerns
- Review common causes, risks and benefits to hormone deficiencies and replacement
- Develops an individualized treatment plan specific to you

Meet With the Provider

- Comprehensive review of your history, symptoms, labs, answer all questions & concerns
- Comprehensive history and physical exam
- Complete InBody Scan for body composition analysis
- Calculate Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR)
- Calculate caloric intake recommendations
- Discuss lifestyle to include exercise and nutrition recommendations
- Prescribe medications through insurance or for cash pay.  
      Note: we do not prescribe compounded GLP-1s, we order direct from the manufacturer only. 
- Monthly follow ups to ensure your journey is successful

This is an Initial Consult appointment (Women and Men) for any concern that is not hormone related.  

Examples include, but not limited to: 
- Well woman exams to include pap smears, annual screening (mammograms, etc)
- Mens wellness exams, sexual health, erectile dysfunction
- Abnormal menstrual cycles, PCOS concern
- Vaginal discharge, skin lesions, breast lumps
- Contraception, including IUD and Nexplanon
- Urinary incontinence

This is for established patients' (women) on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) that need an in-office appointment. 

This is for established patients' (men) on Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) that need an in-office appointment. 

Follow Up Appointment (in office) for established patients to review results and/or continue your treatment and plan of care.
