We do require patients to place a card on file. Having your payment information on file helps us process any charges more efficiently after your visit, however you will NOT be charged for anything prior to your appointment. Patients that do not show for scheduled appointments, or do not cancel within 24 hours of scheduled office visit will result in a $25 charge. We will email you a receipt after charges or visits.
Telehealth visits are billed at $50 appointment charge.
Additionally, please be aware that all compounded prescriptions must be paid in full prior to the provider placing the order with the pharmacy. This ensures we can process your prescriptions smoothly and avoid any delays. It is important to ensure the correct mailing address is on file, and someone is able to collect your prescriptions at your address. Tailoring Health & Wellness does NOT refund patients for prescriptions once the order has been placed.
