During this call, your provider will complete a brief review of your medical history, discuss details regarding our weight loss options and plan details, and answer any questions you may have.
The New Patient Women's Wellness visit is focused on health promotion and prevention. This is recommended once yearly to discuss any recommended health screenings and complete a thorough physical exam, including breast exam if needed, to allow for early detection of any abnormal changes in your health. Patients may use their insurance coverage for age-appropriate screening labs or testing. We are happy to offer discounted pricing on self pay testing for those without insurance coverage.

During this visit, your provider will review your personal & family health history, current symptoms you are experiencing, and discuss potential treatment plan options customized based on your needs.

This 60-minute initial evaluation includes a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation with our board-certified provider to review your mental health history, current concerns, and treatment goals. The information gathered will help guide diagnosis and create a personalized care plan.
