Our concierge services for Loyal Patient Members include same-day acute care visits for sudden illnesses—respiratory infections, allergies, sinus issues, migraines, gastrointestinal concerns, urinary tract infections, skin reactions, coughs, bronchitis, mild pneumonia, sore throat, strep, flu symptoms, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea—with point-of-care tests when appropriate. We also provide wellness and weight-loss consultations, care coordination with your PCP or specialists, lab orders and prescription management, and ongoing support for minor injuries including laceration follow-up, suture or staple removal, and evaluation of joint or muscle issues such as sprains, strains, neck or back discomfort, plantar fasciitis, and other non-narcotic musculoskeletal flare-ups.
For Loyal Patient Member, we also ensure continued support for mild chronic conditions like non-insulin-dependent diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, asthma, and hypothyroidism, including bridge medication refills when you cannot access your primary provider—maintaining continuity, convenience, and peace of mind. Laboratory testing and imaging can be ordered and interpreted, with prescriptions sent directly to your preferred pharmacy; labs, medications, and imaging services are billed separately for full transparency.
