Important: Read Before you book

• Where you'll be: Visits are by secure video. You must be physically located in Michigan at the time of your appointment.
• Medicare: Because our physicians have not opted out of Medicare, federal law does not allow us to accept patients enrolled in or entitled to Medicare, including Medicare Advantage. We're sorry we can't make exceptions.
• Medicaid: You're welcome here as a self-pay patient. We don't participate in or bill Michigan Medicaid, and Medicaid won't reimburse you for our fees. You'll confirm this in your intake forms.
• Insurance: We're a cash-pay practice and don't bill insurance; it's what makes longer visits possible. You can pay for labs and medications through your own lab, pharmacy, or coverage. Keep your health insurance for everything outside our practice.
• Rescheduling: Life happens. You can reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your visit at no charge. Inside 48 hours, changes carry a $200 fee, and missed visits forfeit the visit fee. Technical failures never count against you.
