For hormone therapy and weight management patients - after booking your appointment you will receive an email with a lab requisition. These must be completed at least a week prior to your scheduled appointment *keep this in mind when booking* for our hormone therapy consultations for women, if you have a menstrual cycle, these should be completed between days 19-21 of your cycle. If you are taking BIOTIN please discontinue 3 days before lab work. If you are taking birth control, ideally we would want to obtain hormone labs after 2 full cycles off of birth control. A $100 deposit is required when booking your initial consultation. This deposit will be credited toward the cost of your consult at the time of your appointment. Please note: The deposit is transferable for reschedules, but is non-refundable for cancellations as this is collected to hold a spot specifically for you and your time when booking.
