At Grace Riley Integrative Psychiatry & Wellness, our team of dual-certified nurse practitioners blend functional medicine, hormone optimization, and integrative psychiatry to help you restore energy, confidence, and total well-being.

We take time to understand you, your goals, your biology, your story and design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that bring mind and body back into alignment.

All visits are by appointment only.
New patients must complete required intake forms via the patient portal/ Email prior to their visit.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
We do not bill insurance directly, but super bills are available upon request for potential reimbursement.

Follow Up Hormone Replacement Therapy- Telehealth (Women) 30 Min $ 150.00

This follow-up visit is for women currently on hormone replacement therapy. We’ll review your progress, assess symptom changes, discuss lab results if available, and make any necessary adjustments to your HRT plan. This visit helps ensure your treatment remains safe, effective, and aligned with your health and wellness goals.

Initial Consultation for Hormone Replacement Therapy- Telehealth (Women) 60 Min $ 250.00

This comprehensive virtual visit is designed for women interested in starting or optimizing hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Whether you're navigating perimenopause, menopause, or struggling with hormone-related symptoms, this initial consultation provides a full evaluation of your health, history, and goals.

During your appointment, we will:

Review your medical history, symptoms, and lifestyle
Discuss HRT options
Explore your preferences for estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and delivery methods (patches, creams, pills, etc.)
Order and review labs if needed (not included)
Create a personalized HRT plan tailored to your body and goals

Our approach is holistic and collaborative — you’ll leave the visit with a clear plan and next steps for feeling more like you again.

Acute Care Telehealth Visit (Urgent care visit) 30 Min $ 95.00

This visit is for urgent but non-emergency concerns such as cough, cold, flu, sinus infection, urinary symptoms, rashes, minor injuries, or medication refills (when appropriate).

Telehealth only at this time (video or phone).

Not appropriate for: chest pain, severe shortness of breath, uncontrolled bleeding, or emergencies. If experiencing these symptoms, please call 911 or go to the nearest ER.

Not covered by insurance. Flat fee $95 due at time of service.

Initial Consultation for Hormone Replacement Therapy- Telehealth (Men) 60 Min $ 149.00

Our men's HRT consultation is designed to address symptoms of low testosterone and hormonal imbalance that can affect energy, mood, focus, muscle mass, libido, and overall vitality. Whether you're dealing with fatigue, brain fog, or changes in performance, this visit is your first step toward feeling like yourself again.
You’ll meet with a knowledgeable and supportive nurse practitioner who specializes in men’s hormone health and functional wellness. We take a comprehensive approach — looking beyond labs to understand the full picture of your symptoms, lifestyle, and goals.
In this visit, we’ll:

Review your health history and symptoms
Discuss testosterone therapy options (injections, creams)
Order labs (not included)
Explore adjunctive support like supplements, lifestyle, or peptide therapy
Create a personalized, sustainable HRT plan

Our goal is to help you regain strength, clarity, and confidence with a safe, medically guided treatment plan.

Follow Up Hormone Replacement Therapy- Telehealth (Men) 30 Min $ 99.00

During this follow-up tele-health visit, we’ll review your progress with your current HRT treatment plan. We'll address any concerns, track changes in your symptoms, and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan to optimize results.

Initial Consult for Psychiatric-Mental Health (Telehealth) 60 Min $ 250.00

This comprehensive evaluation is the first step in your mental health care journey. During this 60-minute consultation, your provider will:

Conduct a thorough psychiatric assessment
Review your medical, psychiatric, and social history
Discuss current symptoms and concerns
Evaluate previous treatments and medications
Establish a working diagnosis
Develop an individualized treatment plan, which may include medication, referrals for therapy, lifestyle changes, and follow-up recommendations

Please note: This appointment is required for all new patients before beginning ongoing care, including those seeking ADHD evaluation and treatment

Initial Weight Loss Consultation 60 Min $ 179.00

Medically Managed Weight Loss Program

Are you ready to take control of your health and feel your best?
Our Medically Managed Weight Loss Program combines safe, evidence-based treatment with personalized support from our expert team of Nurse Practitioners and Nurses.

What to Expect at Your Initial Weight Loss Consultation

Comprehensive medical evaluation with a nurse practitioner
Review of your weight history, lifestyle, and goals
Baseline health screening (labs will be ordered if indicated but not included in pricing)
Personalized nutrition and exercise guidance
Discussion of safe and effective medication options when appropriate (GLP-1s, Qsymia, Contrave, etc.)
Development of your individualized treatment plan
