DEAR CLIENTS
After a recent breast cancer diagnosis, I will be temporarily limiting my practice to existing clients while I undergo treatment. My hope is to welcome new clients again in August 2026, once treatment is complete. Established clients can request a follow-up visit at any time via portal messaging.

I believe this chapter will ultimately deepen the perspective I bring to this work and further enrich the support I offer, especially for women navigating cancer, survivorship, or with elevated risk. In the meantime, I encourage you to seek any care you may need without delay. The Menopause Society’s provider directory may be a helpful place to find a certified menopause clinician in your area.

A comprehensive visit for new clients focused on understanding your health history, priorities, and goals. This visit allows us to explore the factors influencing your well-being, establish a personalized care plan, and ensure time for meaningful discussion and clear next steps to move your health forward.

Advanced Follow-up Consultation (Telehealth) 75 Min $ 145.00

A longer, in-depth visit designed for multiple or more complex concerns. This time allows us to explore your priorities in greater depth, refine your care plan at a more detailed level, and review recent labs, imaging, or prescriptions to ensure your treatment continues to align with your goals and evolving needs.

Essentials Follow-up Consultation (Telehealth) 60 Min $ 125.00

A streamlined follow-up visit for established clients to address new or ongoing concerns. This visit allows us to review your progress, make targeted adjustments to your care plan, and review relevant updates—such as labs, imaging, or prescriptions—to ensure your treatment remains aligned with your goals.

Focused Follow-up Consultation (Telehealth) 30 Min $ 75.00

A brief follow-up visit reserved for straightforward needs such as simple check-ins or medication refills. This visit is designed for efficient review and continuation of an existing plan when no new or complex concerns are being addressed.
