The first visit includes medical history, assessment, blood work order, and discussion of treatment options. This initial fee also covers your first lab review and medication prescribing visit. Medication costs are separate and prices vary. Please note, this is an online-only video visit.

Any visit time scheduled for this service is considered to be "patient request" and the provider reserves the right to modify the date/time of visit if scheduling conflicts exist at the time of booking.
Please note: Only available to residents of Seminole, Orange, or northern Brevard County in Florida. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. This is a service performed in your home that requires the provider to commute to you. For this reason, please note that the date/time you book is considered to be a request until approved by the provider. If scheduling conflicts will prevent the provider from performing your visit at the date/time requested, then she will gladly offer another date/time to you for your service. We do promise to do everything to ensure we are able to come within 24 hours of your requested date and time. The remainder of the fees due will be collected during the provider's visit. The cost of the IV therapy is dependent on the specific IV infusion requested/provided. The price range is $189.00 to $500.00. Additional fees may apply if you live outside of the 15 mile radius (as the crow flies) from the provider's location.
This is the perfect appointment for anyone needing to see a provider for simple sick visit complaints that do not require any testing/imaging/labs performed to obtain a diagnosis and treatment. Prescriptions will be placed for you by the nurse practitioner, as needed. A work/school excuse note is included with the visit, as needed. Please note, this is an online-only video visit.

Please note, this is an online-only video visit. This visit is for a medical clearance by our nurse practitioner for the purpose of being prescribed vitamin/nutritional injections. The injection order will be placed for delivery to your home and the injections are to be performed by you. All injections come with the vial and insulin syringes for subcutaneous injection. The $25.00 fee is for your visit and medication ordering. The medication costs vary based on your desired product. The prices for these compounds range from $130 to $250. We do have options to set up recurring payments and refills that can be automatically processed for your convenience! The available medications are Methylcobalamin (Most optimal form of B12), Glutathione (Powerful Antioxidant), MICC (fat burning, metabolism boosting), NAD+ (anti-aging, optimized energy, cognitive health).
This visit is for your medical clearance for the Weight Loss Program. The visit fee is a one-time fee to cover evaluation of your medical history, visual physical examination, lab order, lab review, treatment recommendations, and medication prescribing. Upon medical clearance for the Weight Loss Program, you will be enrolled in a monthly membership. The monthly memberships are a separate cost. Please note, this is an online-only video visit.
