ALL appointments are conducted virtually and will be by Zoom, unless a phone call (only available to US residents) is requested.
Time slots offered are in Pacific Time.
** Please note that if you have set your location preferences in the patient portal, the appointment confirmation emails and portal notifications you receive may automatically display the appointment time in your local time zone.
To avoid any confusion, we recommend reviewing the time zone shown in your appointment confirmation and verifying your location settings in the patient portal before your appointment.

For Cypress Natural Medicine (CNM) Patients:
If you have lab work that was not ordered by your Cypress Natural Medicine doctor, please upload it on your OptiMantra patient portal (If you do not have access, please email [email protected]). ZYTO hand cradles are available for purchase - please also contact us by email/phone.
Please use your legal name when filling out your contact information, along with the email address we have on file. Once you have submitted your request for an appointment, we will confirm via email. If changes to the selected appointment need to be made, we will call and/or email you.

For Revolutionary Health (RH) Clients:
Please use the name and email address given to us when filling out your contact information upon purchase of the relevant package/course/program. Once you have submitted your request for a session, we will confirm via email. If changes to the selected appointment need to be made, you will be emailed.
