For established Functional Medicine patients requiring deeper, multi-system evaluation and integration.

This visit is appropriate for:• Complex or multi-system presentations• Review and integration of laboratory data• Significant changes in symptoms or clinical direction• 

Expanded strategy development beyond routine adjustments• Patients who feel they “have a lot to cover”

This visit allows for a more comprehensive level of evaluation, integration, and strategic planning.

Visit type may be adjusted based on clinical complexity. If a different visit type is more appropriate, visit length and pricing will be updated accordingly.

Patients must be physically located in a state where the selected provider holds active licensure at the time of service.
