This visit is appropriate for:• Reviewing symptom progression and response to treatment• Adjusting current protocols based on clinical response• Addressing focused concerns within an established care plan• Monitoring key systems and maintaining forward progress

If you have multiple concerns, complex symptoms, or extensive labs to review, please select the Extended Follow-Up option.
