Our New Patient Appointment includes up to a 90-minute comprehensive assessment to review your health history, symptoms, and goals. We order advanced functional lab testing to identify root causes and create a personalized treatment plan. A free 30-minute follow-up is included to review results and discuss your plan. Lab and medication costs are not included in the appointment fee. 

For brief follow-ups for medication refills on current treatment plan. This visit does not cover new concerns or new treatment requests or changes. Appointments exceeding 15 minutes will incur additional charges.

For established patients with new concerns, those seeking additional treatments or testing, or requesting adjustments to their current treatment plan. Appointments exceeding 30 minutes will incur additional charges.
