Welcome to HIM & HER Youth and Hydration Clinic's Booking Platform

Use this platform to book services at any of our locations: Sola Salon Studios in Knoxville, TN (Turkey Creek), Ascension Wellness and Yoga in Oak Ridge, TN, Lenoir City Fitness Center in Lenoir City, TN, mobile service at your location (travel fee applies), or telehealth for GLP-1 consultations. You do not need to be a member of any partner facility to receive services there.

New Patients — Start Here

Tennessee law requires a one-time annual telehealth exam ($39) before receiving services. During this brief visit, you'll speak with our medical provider to obtain clearance. The exam is valid for 12 months from the date it's completed.

To get started, click Proceed in the section immediately below. Select a date and time that works for you. You're welcome to note your preferred location or services in the "Reason for Visit or Comments" field, but it's not required. Your assigned provider will follow up promptly to confirm your appointment details, location, and services.

Returning Patients

Skip to the bottom section to pre-select your services and schedule an appointment for IV hydration, IM injections, or Botox. If you're booking a GLP-1 refill, please select the GLP-1 Telehealth Exam option to access the scheduler.

Good to Know

All appointments must be booked in advance as we do not accept walk-ins. That said, our providers maintain flexible schedules with wide availability across all locations and times to fit your needs.
