GROUPON Customers Book Here: Annual Health Exam Fee for New/Groupon Customers $39.00 60 Min

The $39.00 exam fee is for Groupon customers only who are new patients and who already bought their infusion using a Groupon Voucher. After booking your appointment online, email us the voucher number(s) to [email protected] and bring your Groupon with you in order for services to be rendered. Groupon vouchers are limited to in stock infusions but can be applied as a discount if inventory is limited.
