We are excited to help you! We offer same day appointments for acute illness Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays; however you must call the office at 765-530-8008 to schedule. A credit card is required to schedule an appointment online. If your appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance there will be no charge; if cancelled less than 48 hours, there will be a charge of $50.00.

A functional medicine approach requires you to commit time, energy, and resources. Before doing that, we understand that you want to make sure we are a good fit for you. That is why we are now offering 15-minute discovery calls. This will give me an opportunity to explain the functional medicine approach to you, you can ask me questions, and we can decide together if we would be a good fit to work together. All proceeds from our Discovery calls are donated to the Henry County Pregnancy Care Center.

This appointment is for established patients only. A 30 minute office visit conducted through a private, HIPPA compliant telehealth link. If you are planning to review your lab results with Susan, please confirm with the office that we have received the results.
