Lipotropic B12 is a compounded injection of Methionine, Inositol, Choline, and B12, all of which help to provide support to maximize weight reduction and boost energy.  Methionine is an amino acid that helps to break down fat and prevent the buildup of fatty acids in the arteries and liver.  Inositol is a nutrient that supports nerve transmission and healthy cell function while aiding in fat metabolism.  Choline is an essential nutrient for brain health and liver function which also aids in the breakdown of fat.  Vitamin B12 helps to convert food into energy and support weight loss. Regular injections can help to improve nutrient absorption and overall well-being.  These injections are given in the subcutaneous tissue twice weekly and they work well alone or in conjunction with the GLP-1 medications for weight loss and energy. 

Mega-Burn injections are a combination of vitamins and nutrients.  This injection contains all that the Lipotropic B12 injection has plus B-complex vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, and B9, along with levocarnitine, Vitamin C, and lidocaine.  Benefits are inclusive of increased energy levels, improved metabolism, reduced hunger levels, boosted immunity, reduction in fat storage, promotion of muscle strength, and shortens recovery time after exercise.  This injection is given intramuscularly one to two times weekly and works well alongside a healthy diet and regular exercise program. 

NAD+ Injections: NAD+, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, is a vital molecule in the body that helps turn nutrients into energy, which is essential for keeping our cells functioning properly. It also plays a key role in repairing damaged DNA, supporting healthy aging, and maintaining overall cellular health. Essentially, NAD+ helps keep our cells energized and functioning optimally, which is crucial for overall well-being, as well as provide extra energy. These injections are given 1-2 times weekly, and dosing is dependent on the patient’s tolerability. 

The vials are 10 ml and the cost includes the medication, shipping, syringes, and the provider's fee.  Vitality Health and Wellness is a cash based practice and does not accept, or bill, insurance.  If you wish to try and have these medications covered by insurance, or if you are covered by Medicare, you will need to go through your PCP or other specialist.

15 minute follow up/check-in visit where we will discuss pounds and/or inches lost, side effects, and any questions or concerns that you may have. Medications may be reordered at this time if needed. 

Labs can be drawn in our office or at a LabCorp location—whichever is most convenient for you—all at a discounted cash price.

This visit includes a single session of Procell Microchanneling to stimulate collagen and enhance skin renewal. After the procedure, 15 minutes of Red Light Therapy will be utilized to calm the skin, reduce inflammation, and promote healing. It is recommended to allow 4-6 weeks between treatments. (If you prefer to purchase a bundle of 3 treatments, please let me know at the time of your appointment and we will adjust the price at that time).

 PLEASE KEEP THE FOLLOWING IN MIND WHEN SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT:  

• All actives such as Vitamin C, Mild Peels, should be discontinued 48-72 hours before treatment
• If you take a prescription retinoid (Differin, Retin-A), that should be stopped 7 days prior to treatment and can be resumed 48-72 hours post treatment. 
• Over the counter retinols need to be stopped 48-72 hours prior to procedure
• Accutane must be completed 6 months minimum prior to a microchanneling treatment. 
• Avoid Alcohol and Caffeine: Refrain from consuming alcohol or caffeine for at least 24 hours prior to the procedure.
• Discontinue Waxing or Threading: Avoid waxing, bleaching creams, or electrolysis in the treated area for 5-7 days prior to the treatment.
