Step 1 Of 3

Before You Book – Please Read

Labs: If you haven’t had labs recently (other than for a simple illness), we’ll likely need them. If insured, include your insurance info and whether you prefer LabCorp or Quest. No insurance? No problem—we offer affordable cash-pay options.

Pre-Visit Labs: Want labs done before your appointment for a smoother consult? Just mention it and book 1–2 weeks out to allow time for results.

Appointment Type:

  • Telehealth only from 12–1 PM (Mon–Fri).

  • In-person labs require an in-office visit; otherwise, telehealth is fine with LabCorp/Quest.

Deposit: A $40 deposit holds your spot and goes toward your visit. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

Prep: Please complete intake forms sent via email before your visit.
