Consult + Labs + Lab Review
This appointment is for patients who want a comprehensive lab evaluation and professional guidance without committing to a full program.
This includes an initial consult where we will review your health history, symptoms, goals, and concerns. Based on this visit, comprehensive labs will be ordered to evaluate key areas such as hormones, thyroid, metabolism, iron, vitamin levels, and overall health markers. Once labs are completed, we will meet for a follow-up lab review where you will receive a detailed explanation of your results, what they mean, and personalized recommendations for next steps.
This option is ideal for patients who want answers, clarity, and a professional plan, and who may choose to implement recommendations on their own or decide later if they want more ongoing support.

Medical Support + Personalized Coaching

Ashley G Wellness partners with Lyv Health to give clients access to prescriptions such as hormone replacement therapy (HRT), GLP-1 medications, and comprehensive lab testing when appropriate. All medications and prescriptions are managed by Lyv Health’s licensed medical providers, and medications are shipped directly to the client’s home.

This partnership allows Ashley G Wellness to combine personalized health coaching, functional lab interpretation, nutrition, lifestyle, and nervous system support with medical oversight and prescription access when needed. The goal is to bridge the gap between traditional healthcare and real-life, practical support so women finally get answers, a plan, and ongoing guidance.

How This Works:

• 6 months of coaching, education, lab review, nutrition, lifestyle, and hormone education are provided by Ashley G Wellness
• Prescriptions and lab ordering are provided through Lyv Health at an additional cost
• Medications are prescribed at the discretion of the Lyv Health medical provider
• Medication and Lyv Health fees are not included in Ashley G Wellness program costs
• Clients may continue prescriptions through Lyv Health after completing a program with Ashley G Wellness

This model allows clients to receive both medical care and high-touch coaching and support, which is often the missing piece in traditional healthcare.

Medical Weight Loss Program (GLP-1 Program)

This program is designed for patients who are ready for a medically guided, structured approach to weight loss using GLP-1 medications (such as semaglutide or tirzepatide), combined with medical oversight, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle support to ensure safe, sustainable results.

This is not a quick fix. This is a comprehensive program that addresses metabolism, hormones, muscle mass, nutrition, and long-term weight maintenance so the weight stays off.

Program Includes:

• Initial medical consultation
• Comprehensive lab work interpretation
• GLP-1 medication management
• Body composition and metabolic guidance
• Nutrition and protein guidance
• Muscle preservation and movement guidance
• Monthly check-ins for medication adjustments, side effect management, and progress tracking

Program Structure:

• 12-week commitment
• Monthly visits required for safe prescribing and monitoring
• Medication cost included

Longer-term maintenance and transition plans are available after the initial 12-week program.
