Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that unexpected situations arise, and schedules sometimes need to change. Out of respect for our providers and other clients, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 fee, at the discretion of the provider.

  • No-call/no-show appointments may also result in a $25 fee, determined by the provider.

  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require full payment of the service upfront or a larger deposit to reserve future appointments.

This visit is for new patients interested in establishing care with Bellus Medical. During this appointment, we’ll review your medical history, discuss current health concerns, and outline a personalized plan using our Primary Care services. It’s the first step toward ongoing, relationship-based care focused on your long-term health and wellness.

Comprehensive annual wellness visit for new patients establishing care. Includes full health history review, physical exam, preventive screening recommendations, and baseline wellness labs as indicated. Used for internal documentation and billing; not available for online scheduling.

Comprehensive yearly wellness visit for established patients of Bellus Medical. This exam focuses on preventive care, overall health maintenance, and early detection of potential concerns. Includes a full health review, physical exam, and updated wellness labs as indicated. Recommended annually for all active Bellus primary care patients.
