Video Chat Visits
To Schedule an appointment choose from below, if you are scheduling as a new patient choose Video Chat, Initial Visit. And If you are a precious returning patient please choose Video Chat, Returning. If returning please use Already a client? button or the same email and birthdate you have on record.
Once you have scheduled an appointment you can visit your Patient Portal , click here. On first visit to the portal, you will need to set the password by clicking on New Sign Up.
