Your Follow-Up Visit with Therapy 
This 60-minute secure video visit is designed for established patients who choose to incorporate therapy into their follow-up care.

During your session, we'll
  • Check in on your progress
  • Review symptoms and medication effects
  • Engage in therapy to support your mental health goals
  • Adjust your care plan as needed
  • Provide refills or new prescriptions when clinically appropriate
  • Order labs or referrals if indicated

Before your visit
  • Complete all forms sent to your email
  • Choose a private space with reliable audio and video
  • Have your current medication list ready
  • Be physically located in Alaska or Hawai'i

Initial Visit (60 minutes)
Your Initial Visit
Your first appointment is a 60-minute secure video session, during which we’ll listen to your story, review your health and medical history, and begin creating a personalized care plan together. This may include therapy, medication options, and/or referrals. Prescriptions are not guaranteed at the first visit.
