A $50 deposit is required when booking and will be applied toward your service at your visit.
We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 48 business hours in advance. If you cancel late, don’t show up, or arrive more than 15 minutes late, your deposit will be forfeited.
After two late cancellations or no-shows, prepayment for the full service will be required to book future appointments.

Please note: Labs must be completed prior to any medication being prescribed or ordered. This visit lays the foundation for ongoing therapy, including medication management, follow-ups, and dose adjustments as needed
