A $50 deposit is required when booking and will be applied toward your service at your visit.
We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 48 business hours in advance. If you cancel late, don’t show up, or arrive more than 15 minutes late, your deposit will be forfeited.
After two late cancellations or no-shows, prepayment for the full service will be required to book future appointments.

This one-hour consultation is designed to help you start your weight loss journey with a plan that fits your lifestyle. During this visit, we will:
Review your health history, weight loss goals, and previous challenges.
Order baseline labs if needed (billed through your insurance).
Create a customized plan that may include prescription medication, nutritional guidance, and ongoing monitoring.
Please note: Labs must be completed prior to any medication being prescribed or ordered. This visit establishes the starting point for your long-term success with follow-up care to track progress and make adjustments.
