If you are a new patient and have not yet completed a Discovery Call, please schedule a Discovery Call before booking an Initial Appointment. The Discovery Call is a required first step to ensure our practice is the right fit for your needs and to determine next steps.

All Discovery Calls are conducted via secure telemedicine. A private video link will be provided once your call is scheduled.

Discovery Call 20 Min

A Discovery Call is a short, no-pressure conversation focused on your health goals. We’ll listen carefully, answer your questions, and explore whether our approach aligns with what you’re looking for.

Once you schedule, we will send a confirmation email with your secure telemedicine link to connect. Make sure to check your spam if you do not see the link.

Initial Functional Medicine Visit 90 Min

This visit includes an in-depth review of medical history, symptoms, lifestyle factors, and previous testing, followed by initial clinical assessment and care planning.

Scheduling Requirement: Patients must complete a Discovery Call prior to scheduling an Initial Functional Medicine Visit. If you have not yet completed a Discovery Call, please schedule that appointment first.
