If you would like to enroll in a membership or monthly subscription after an initial consultation, the cost of the consultation can be applied to either plan.
There is a $50 nonrefundable cancellation fee if cancellation is made less than 48 hours in advance. If you do not cancel and no-show, you will be charged the full price of the appointment. We understand emergencies come up. Please call or send a message if this is the case, and we can discuss.
If we are meeting virtually, please be ready to go at the time of your appointment. There is a 10-minute grace period. For all telephone encounters, we will attempt to reach you once at our appointment time.
The cost of the visit does not include lab testing or supplements. However, if you have out-of-network benefits, you may submit your superbill to your FSA or insurance for possible reimbursement. HSAs are accepted. Discounts are available on all supplements through Fullscripts or Standard Process.
