Initial Visit 60 Min $ 300.00
Initial Visit, is a thorough intake and history as a first time patient seeking care.
Follow Up 30 Min $ 225.00
Brief Med Check 15 Min $ 145.00
15 minute medication check, not appropriate for extensive medication changes or modifications to plan. In the case that a 15 minute medication check is booked, and your time runs over, your charges will be adjusted to reflect the accurate time and complexity of the visit. Thank you.
ADHD Testing 30 Min $ 150.00
A 15–20 minute, FDA-cleared computerized assessment for ADHD that objectively measures core symptoms: inattention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity.
Children and adults, typically aged 6–60.
Once payment is received, you will receive a voucher to your email on file. The test can be performed at home, at your convienience.
Fit Mind Initial- Not Available Currently 45 Min $ 599.99
This initial appointment will include lab review, intake and medical history, education and instruction on how to take your medications. This initial appointment also includes the cost of your first month's medication.

The Fit Mind program includes: monthly weigh in, progress tracking and cost of the next refill of medication and any as needed nausea medications per month, this can vary per patient/case.

At this appointment, the provider will make adjustments as needed to your protocol.

As medication amount increases per month, the price of the medication for GLP1 (semaglutaide and tirzepatide) increases (for provider, manufacturer and the patient)  please keep in mind that final price is subject to change to reflect the increase in cost of the product.
