Booking Policy

CALL 281-849-7979 FOR APPOINTMENTS IF YOU DO NOT SEE A TIME THAT WORKS WITH YOUR SCHEDULE.

By scheduling an appointment with Vain Aesthetics & Wellness, PLLC you agree to pay the fee indicated for the service that has been scheduled. A credit or debit card may be required to be placed on file at the time of scheduling to confirm your appointment. All virtual appointments require intake forms to be fully completed prior to visit.

Vain Aesthetics & Wellness requires at least 24 hour advance notice of cancellation. You will be charged a $50 cancellation fee if you cancel an appointment within 24 hours of its scheduled time. Men's Health Consultation and Labs- VIRTUAL 30 Min $ 249.00

Men's Health Consultation and Labs- Virtual Appointment is for male patients interested in the Hormone Replacement ( i.e. Testosterone) Therapy program. Appointments are not a guarantee of a treatment plan or a specific medication.

Pricing includes hormone specific lab work & consultations. Please inform us if you plan to use insurance for your initial lab work.

Hormone Replacement Therapy Follow-up 30 Min $ 0.00

For existing Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) Patients

Weekly Testosterone Replacement Injection -Members Only 15 Min $ 0.00

Weekly Testosterone injection for clients who are on our Men's Health Treatment membership program.

Men's Health In-office Lab Draw 15 Min $ 0.00

Book for follow- up Men's Health Hormone (Testosterone) replacement lab draws. There is no cost associated with this for patients on the Men's Health Treatment Program.
