This will be your initial hormone assessment: Carly will meet with you and assess your history in detail. We will go over your symptoms and order appropriate lab assessment. The initial consultation fee includes follow up visit to go over lab results and possible treatment options

This visit will include a follow up visit or phone call to go over lab results and appropriate treatment options within 2-4 weeks of your initial appointment.

This appointment is an in-office appointment in Winterset or Mt. Ayr Iowa. We will track your progress and continued goal setting.
