If you join membership within 30 days, this fee is credited toward your first six months.

Lab Options

• If you have outside labs, I will review them with you. Keep in mind, they might not give us a full picture of what may be driving your symptoms.
• After the session, if you elect to do so, we will order labs based upon your unique needs and history/symptoms discussed during the session.
• Follow up lab review session is $199 and is a full hour.
• Both sessions will be credited toward membership should you choose to continue with treatment.

Important Notes

• Intake forms must be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to confirm your session. Appointments without completed forms will be cancelled.
• All consultation fees are non-refundable.
• No prescriptions are given during this session. Ongoing treatment adjustments are only available through membership.
