Two Zoom sessions in the first six weeks
Monthly Zoom coaching sessions thereafter
Weekly text-based accountability check-ins
Lifestyle coaching focused on energy, sleep, nutrition, movement, and stress
Comprehensive sexual health education
Guidance on understanding intimacy and female desire dynamics
Cost: $2,997 for six months
Optional continuation after six months: $299/month
Optional Medical Management Add-On (Only for Texas, Florida, Washington, and New Mexico Residents)
If clinically indicated, medical management is available as an add-on to the Total Man Reset Program and includes:
Ongoing prescription oversight (such as testosterone therapy if needed)
Therapeutic lab orders and interpretation
Pharmacy coordination and medication adjustments as appropriate
Cost: $99/month during the program
$349/month if continued after initial six months
