What to Expect During Your Visit:
Your evaluation will begin with a detailed health history assessment to review any symptoms and discuss your health concerns. Following this, you’ll undergo a men’s health lab panel, which includes tests to measure your testosterone levels and other key biomarkers. The labs are conveniently performed in-office through our trusted lab partner. The labs we assess are :
Complete Blood Count (CBC):
Evaluates red and white blood cells, hemoglobin, and platelets. This test helps identify issues like anemia or infections.
Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP):
Assesses vital organ function (liver and kidneys), electrolyte balance, blood sugar levels, and protein levels.
Lipid Panel:
Measures cholesterol (HDL, LDL, total) and triglycerides to gauge cardiovascular risk.
Thyroid Function Tests:
Typically including TSH and free T4, these tests check for thyroid imbalances that can affect energy levels, metabolism, and mood.
Testosterone Panel:
Measures both total and free testosterone levels, crucial for evaluating hormonal health, libido, energy, and muscle mass.
Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c):
Provides an average blood sugar level over the past 2-3 months to screen for diabetes or prediabetes.
Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA):
Often used for men over 50 or those with risk factors, PSA helps in the early detection of prostate issues. Required for testosterone replacement.  
Vitamin D Levels:

How We Approach Testosterone Replacement:
Lab-Driven Treatment: Based on the results of your lab panel, if your testosterone levels are found to be suboptimal, a personalized testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) plan will be developed specifically for you. This will include a customized dosing schedule based on your lab results to help restore balance and improve your overall quality of life.
Ongoing Monitoring: Once you begin your TRT program, regular follow-up appointments will be scheduled to monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments to ensure optimal results.

Important Information:
We Do Not Treat Normal Levels: If your testosterone levels fall within the normal range, treatment is not recommended, as it does not align with current clinical guidelines.

If you're feeling sick and can't get an appointment with your primary care provider—or you don't have a PCP—don't worry! We offer urgent sick visits and accept online bookings for same-day appointments. You don’t need to be an established patient to receive care.

For your convenience, we also offer Telehealth consultations if you don’t need an in-office visit. However, certain exams, such as genital, abdominal exams, lab work, and prescriptions, require an office visit.

Your visit will include a thorough evaluation, and any additional services or treatments will be explained in your personalized care plan.

We also accept CareCredit, FSA, and HSA payments for in-office services, making it easier to manage the cost of care.

Sports and School Physicals 
Are you or your child in need of a physical for school, sports, or other activities? We offer comprehensive physical exams to help ensure you're ready for participation in school sports or meet the requirements for other programs.

What We Offer:
Comprehensive Physical Exam: A thorough exam to assess overall health, including checking vital signs, vision, heart, and lung function.
Medical History: A review of personal and family medical history to ensure any health concerns are noted and addressed.
Clearance for Activities: Once the physical is complete and any necessary tests are reviewed, you will receive your forms for school or sports participation. These can either be picked up in the office or emailed directly to you for convenience.

What to Expect During Your Visit:
Initial Visit: Your appointment will begin with a traditional office visit where our healthcare provider will perform a full exam and review your medical history.
TB Test (if applicable): If a TB test is required, it will be administered during your visit. You will need to return in 48-72 hours to have the test read and confirmed.
Forms Completion: Once the physical is complete and any tests have been finalized (including the TB test), your forms will be ready. You can pick them up in the office or request to have them emailed to you for convenience.

Medication Refill Services

Our medication refill services are available to patients needing refills in an emergency or last minute need.. If we have previously prescribed medications such as antibiotics, blood pressure medications, thyroid medications, or similar treatments, you may choose this option for a quick refill when you are unable to come into the office.

Patients are allowed up to two refill requests before an office or telehealth visit is required for continued medication management.

?? Please note: This refill option does not apply to GLP-1 medications or any weight management medications, which require scheduled follow-up visits and ongoing monitoring.
