I understand that KAesthetics requires at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If I fail to provide sufficient notice or miss my appointment, I authorize KAesthetics to charge my card on file a fee of $75 (standard appointments) or $150 (out-of-town laser appointments).

I understand that if I arrive more than 10 minutes late for my scheduled appointment, my provider may not be able to accommodate the full service, and the appointment may be marked as a no-show/missed appointment at the provider’s discretion.

I acknowledge that these charges are non-refundable and not subject to dispute, and that unpaid fees may result in my inability to schedule future services until my balance is paid in full.
