Botox/Dysport Consultation (New Client) 30 Min
Botox/Dysport Consultation (New Client)
New patient require consultation prior to any procedure however if deemed appropriate, procedure may be completed at time of consultation*. 
Botox/Dysport can be used to treat: 
-wrinkles seen along the forehead, the "11's" (between the eyebrows), and crow's feet
- improve dimpling of the chin
- reduce platysmal bands (sliming the neck and jaw)
- slim a jaw line 
Botox/Dysport can also address other concerns such as a "gummy smile", or give you that lip flip you have been wanting. 

Botox/Dysport used every 3-4 months can help improve dynamic lines those seen with muscles movement. With consistent treatment, Botox/Dysport may improve the depth and appearance of static lines (lines seen without any facial movement). 
Note - Botox/Dysport used on muscles around the mouth can wear off quicker due to the frequent use of these muscles.

Our office carries a range of Juvederm, Restylane and Versa Fillers 
All new patients require a consultation prior to any procedure however if deemed appropriate, we will develop a treatment plan with the option of starting treatment at time of consultation. *Established patients planning to treat 3 or more areas (Example: cheeks, chin and lips) please allow enough time for 2 appointment slots.
Dermal Fillers can be used in the: lips, cheeks, undereyes, around the nose, mouth, chin and jaw. Dermal Fillers are a great way to improve volume and projection. Utilizing Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers and techniques tailored to your individual needs I strive to give you improved shape and volume to meet your individualized goals.
Dermal Fillers CAN NOT be placed between the eyes or to treat wrinkles in the forehead. 
Price varies based on treatment goals, and optimal treatment may require multiple syringes. Syringe prices range from $499-$800 a syringe based on product selection. Microneedling

Microneedling is a process that creates thousands of microscopic puncture wounds in the skin triggering a natural wound healing process that promotes tissue healing and remodeling without causing scaring. 
In fact, as new tissue is laid down it can reduce the appearance of acne scars fine lines and wrinkles.
Please ensure you discontinue the use of Retinol or Vitamin A, and any AHAs 24 hours before the procedure. 
You may NOT have microneedling if you have used isotretinoin (Acutane) in the last 6 months. 

  • Improve your results by adding on VAMP (Vitamins, Amino Acids, Minerals and PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotides) to be microneedled into the skin during your treatment to provide hydration, supply antioxidants, supply skin barrier support and so much more. 
          Add on cost $125
  • Add on hyper-diluted Dysport - Hyper diluted botulinumtoxinA microneedled into the surface of your skin during your procedure can decrease sebaceous secretions creating a “glass skin” effect.  Clients often notice less shine, fewer breakouts, and a more matte appearance. Results last 3-4 months. *Treatment can only be added once every 12 weeks. This is an ideal add on for clients with:

Dermaplaning 30 Min
Dermaplaning

Dermaplaning is the manual exfoliation of the status corneum (top layer of the skin) and the vellus hair. It is an exfoliation process using a medical grade blade that reveal fresh smooth skin. It allows better penetration of skin care products and a smoother application of make-up for a glowing appearance. Treatments are recommended every two weeks for upkeep, or as needed for a special occasions such as attending a special event or taking pictures when you might want your skin to look it's best.

Sculptra®

Sculptra® is an FDA-approved injectable treatment that gradually restores facial volume and stimulates your body’s natural collagen production. Unlike traditional fillers, which provide immediate volume, Sculptra® works beneath the surface to improve skin structure and firmness over time, resulting in a soft, natural-looking rejuvenation that lasts up to 2 years.

Sculptra® is made from poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), a compound that stimulates your skin’s natural collagen production.

Most clients require 2-4 treatments with 2 vials at each treatment for optimal correction lasting 2+ years.

Kybella 30 Min
KYBELLA

KYBELLA® (deoxycholic acid) injection is indicated for improvement in the appearance of moderate to severe convexity or fullness associated with submental fat (double chin)  in adults. 

Appointments are about 30 minutes each with most clients needing 2-4 treatments for full correction. Treatments PERMANENTLY kill the fat cells under the chin and unlike fillers, once full treatment results have been achieved you never have to be treated again. 
Schedule a consultation to see if treatment is right for you. If deemed appropriate first treatment may be completed at time of consultation. 
Price varies depending on amount of correction needed.

B-12 (MIC) injections contain Methionine, Inositol, Choline. MIC supplements can improve fatigue, and help with metabolism of fat. During weight loss it is important to maintain muscle tissue and L-Methionine an essential amino acid can assist in this process while losing weight. Other essential amino acids assist in maintaining skeletal muscle and the breakdown of fat. In addition it provides B5, B6 and B12 to improve overall energy.

Medical Weight Loss Consultation 
This appointment takes about an hour and must be done in person. If you would like to obtain labs prior to your visit you may pre-pay for you visit and complete labs in advance. Please make a note in the comments and I will send an invoice and reach out to you. 

Initial consultation includes: labs, history, and basic physical, to ensure medication management is safe and appropriate for weight loss. Guidance is provided for diet and activity and if appropriate a prescription will be sent to Lilly Direct for first month supply of Zepbound if a GIP/GLP-1 is appropriate. Please note: consultation does not include the cost of medication or supplies for administration.

If Zepbound is not appropriate for any reason we will discuss what options for treatment you have. Regardless of medication all patients leave with a personal goal for nutrition and activity and wealth of information.

Payment is expected at time of service.

Follow up appointments are for established medical weight loss members. We will discuss nutritional guidance, ensure there are no new side effects, and adjust dosages as necessary. 

Be prepared to discuss food tracking, activity, side effects, and effectiveness of medication.  

Please ensure you allow 5-7 business days for medication refills to be sent and processed so you do not risk a lapse in any cash pay programs.
*Appointment does not include the cost of mediation and supplies for administration.

When to schedule:
Appointments required for any questions or concerns not addressed at initial consultation or during routine visits for treatment and follow up. 
Additional coaching or to managed side effect and health concerns related to medical weight loss and/or men's testosterone treatment. 
Visits outside of normal Weight loss/Men's health membership appointment allowances. 
When Not to schedule:
Not intended for a two week follow up on aesthetic treatments such as Botox/Dysport or fillers.
General health concerns, (IE; blood pressure, anxiety, cold and flu) Please see your primary care provider. 
ANY medical emergency: Chest Pain, Shortness of Breath, You know the list....call 911 or go to the closest emergency room depending on your situation.

    • Once payment is received you will get an order for labs to be completed. Please ensure you get labs done one week prior to you scheduled appointment.  
  • First visit (must be in person) 1 hour
    • Be aware Covid Exemption for controlled substances is about to expire.  You will need to have a provider able to see you in person once a year by the end of 2024!!!
  • One month of Testosterone replacement (if appropriate)
    • Testosterone therapy is dependent patient specific needs. Labs and forms must be completed prior to in-person consultation for or appointment will be rescheduled. Please ensure labs are completed one week prior to your scheduled in person visit.
  • All supplies necessary for therapy

  • You will receive an email (check your spam folder) with an invoice for payment. 
  • Once payment is obtained you will receive an email order for labs (this can take up to 24 hours Monday-Friday). Payment placed on Sat/Sun may result on labs being sent on Monday. 
  • You can go to any LabCorp of your choice, they take walk-in or you can make an appointment. Please ensure you complete labs one week before your scheduled in-person consultation at Aspiring Aesthetics For Tomorrow

  • Please ensure forms in the patient portal are filled out prior to your in-person visit consultation. Failure to fill out forms prior to you visit will result in your visit being rescheduled.

This appointment is for established Men's Testosterone Members who need to be seen after follow up labs or to discuss changes in symptoms. If you feel your dose may need adjusted or would like to discuss additional modalities for treatment.
