Unfortunately, at this time, we don't accept Medicaid or medicare patients, or anyone eligible for Medicare, including individuals who are 65 and older. The initial new patient in-office visit is designed to provide a comprehensive and personalized evaluation for women experiencing perimenopause, menopause, weight, or hormone-related concerns. The visit focuses on understanding each patient’s health history, current symptoms, and wellness goals to create an individualized care plan that may include ordering or reviewing labs. We will discuss evidence-based hormonal and non-hormonal treatment options.
