Welcome! I am honored to be able to care for you in your healthcare journey. All visits are cash pay. We accept a variety of payment options including HSA/FSA, credit card, exact cash or check. Most insurance companies will allow you to submit paperwork, which we will provide, for up to 70% out of network reimbursement. We do not guarantee the reimbursement but will do anything to help you obtain it. Also, if you have difficulty with mobility, please book a telemed appointment.
