Most insurance companies will allow you to submit paperwork, which we will provide, for up to 70% out of network reimbursement. This comprehensive 1-hour in person appointment is designed for patients with complex, ongoing, or hormone-related health concerns that require thorough evaluation and discussion. Common conditions include perimenopause, menopause, thyroid issues like Hashimoto's, chronic pelvic or sexual pain, fibromyalgia, autoimmune disorders, chronic fatigue, abnormal bleeding, and genetic conditions such as MTHFR or hemochromatosis. If you're experiencing symptoms like fatigue, mood changes, hot flashes, irregular periods, low libido, or sleep problems, this visit provides the time needed for proper assessment.

During the appointment, we'll complete a thorough review of your medical history, discuss your symptoms in detail, and explore appropriate lab testing options. We'll develop a personalized treatment plan that may include bioidentical hormone therapy if indicated. The extended hour-long format allows us to address multiple concerns, review complex lab work, and create a comprehensive approach to your health.

Contraceptive Counseling Visit: 
This visit is for discussing birth control options based on your lifestyle, health history, and reproductive goals. We’ll review hormonal and non-hormonal methods, including pills, patches, IUDs, implants, and more, to help you choose the best option for you. Placement procedures (like IUD or implant insertion) will require a separate visit.  If you are due for your annual exam, we are happy to address contraception options at your annual exam visit.  This appointment is for patients that are up to date on their annual exam or prefer to not have an annual exam at the moment and are looking to change or initiate contraceptive options.  This visit will only discuss contraception options.  If you have multiple concerns or issues we ask that you schedule a comprehensive problem visit.  We prefer to do this visit in person as having a baseline blood pressure is important before initiating oral contraceptives or a pelvic exam if considering IUD.  Under special circumstances we can do this visit Telehealth - contact our front desk and we will see if this is a feasible option for you. 
Follow-Up Visit (in person):

Follow-Up Visit (Telehealth):
This visit is for established patients needing follow-up on labs, medication management, treatment progress, or previously discussed concerns. It is not intended for new or unrelated issues. Please schedule accordingly if you have additional concerns. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 30 MINUTE VISIT. Acute Problem Visit:
This appointment is for evaluation of a new or urgent issue such as urinary tract infection symptoms, breast lump, vaginitis symptoms, STD testing, or other sudden symptoms. It focuses on one main concern. If you have multiple or complex issues, a longer visit is needed, and we ask that you book the next level appointment (Problem Visit - Comprehensive). 
Purpose:
To assess the physical health of the prospective adoptive parents or future child care worker and ensure they are capable of providing a stable and nurturing environment for a child, or to assess the health of a future college student. 
Included:
Medical History: Review of past and present medical conditions, medications, and specialist care. Physical Examination: Includes vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, etc.), a check of various body systems (eyes, ears, throat, heart, lungs), and potentially lab tests (blood work). Assessment of Overall Health: Ruling out any serious health conditions that could affect the ability to parent. TB testing and immunizations will need to be done at your local health department. Complete required paperwork and forms to submit to the State of Tennessee.
15 minute telemed consultation with one time 3 week anti-parasitic prescription protocol of Dr. Lodi. Refills will require new appointment. 

Protocol: 
3-Week Short Course Protocol(3 week on, 1 week off, then may repeat protocol again for long ?course protocol) 
For Worms (Helminths):
  • Ivermectin – 12mg (3 tablets) daily
    • Take 1 tablet with each meal (morning, midday, evening).
  • Mebendazole – 500mg (1 tablet) daily
    • Take with a meal, any time of day.
  • Praziquantel – 600mg (3 tablets) daily
    • Take 1 tablet with each meal (morning, midday, evening).
Optional Add-Ons:
To target Protozoa:
  • Tinidazole – 500mg (1 tablet) daily
    • Take with a meal, any time of day.
To target Fungi:
  • Fluconazole – 200mg (1 tablet) daily
    • Take with a meal, any time of day.

This visit includes a routine wellness check with a breast and pelvic exam, Pap smear (if due), and preventive health screenings. This appointment is for patients without any new or ongoing health concerns. If you have specific problems to discuss, please schedule a separate acute problem visit or comprehensive problem visit.
