PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT.
- A $75 deposit is required by credit card -- FSA/HRA cards welcome!
- A confirmation email - including the clinic address and location information - is immediately sent to you if your appointment has been booked correctly. If you do not get an email promptly after booking (and you have checked your spam/junk file), please call.
- An extra, corresponding region of interest screening can be added to your thermography screening by adding the request to your appointment record note section (i.e. Add arms to an Advantage Wellness)
- If you were referred by an existing Insight Holistic client, kindly put their name in the note section of your booking.
- Book a date 3 weeks out from any vaccines/boosters injections.
- Call Insight if you need wheelchair accessibility, you are not capable of standing for a screening (other than breast) or you are under the age of 24.
- Book a date 3 months out from giving birth, cessation of breast feeding, surgery in an area to be screened, cessation of Chemo and/or radiation treatment.
- Annual Screeners Note: If you have had a recent change to or addition of hormonal therapy since your last screening, please consider waiting a least 3 months to book your annual screening as any change seen in your heat patterning may cause an off-baseline reading resulting in a recall for short-term screening.

If you have not selected a location and date for your screening, please return to the “Thermography” – “Thermography Screening” page of the website first to make your selection. This will make browsing to the date through this booking program easier than scrolling through every calendar page.
To view individual screening service details - including duration time of a screening – Press “+”
Once you select a screening service - Click “Proceed”
Enter the date of the location you selected to book under “Browse by Date” then scroll to the location to see open slots available - click the one you want to book.
Optional information requested during appointment set up is not necessary.
PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A FINE GRAY LINE BETWEEN LOCATIONS IN THE BOOKING CALENDAR DEFINING EACH LOCATION. BE SURE YOU ARE BOOKING THE CORRECT LOCATION BEFORE YOU CHECK OUT.
