Well Child Check - In home $ 250.00
Well-child visits are offered at key developmental ages, including newborn, 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, and 24 months, and annually thereafter.

These visits include growth and developmental screenings, vision assessments when age-appropriate, and a comprehensive review of your child’s overall health. Immunizations and recommended lab work can be added as needed.

Families receive wholesale pricing for any labs or vaccines when paying per visit. For Balanced Kids members, well-child visits and routine screenings are included as part of the membership, or discounted for Sick Kid Members.

In-Home Physical $ 150.00
Balanced Kids offers convenient in-home physicals for school, camp, and sports. These comprehensive exams are completed in the comfort of your home, eliminating clinic wait times and making the process easy for both parents and kids.

If you’re interested in scheduling a group physical for a sports team, camp group, or multiple children, please contact me directly to coordinate timing and pricing.

Sick Visit - In-home $ 150.00
Balanced Kids treats all common childhood illnesses, including but not limited to: coughs, colds, ear infections, strep, flu, COVID, RSV, and urinary concerns.
When testing is needed, we offer wholesale pricing for in-home rapid tests & lab services, so families pay significantly less than traditional clinic or urgent care rates.

Sick Visit- Virtual $ 150.00
Balanced Kids offers virtual care for many common childhood illnesses, including coughs, colds, ear symptoms, sore throats, flu-like symptoms, COVID, RSV concerns, and urinary issues when appropriate. Virtual visits focus on thorough history-taking, symptom guidance, and care planning.

When testing or an in-person exam is needed, we can coordinate rapid testing or lab services at wholesale pricing, or schedule an in-home visit as appropriate. Travel fees apply for in-home services.

Other Concern - In-home Visit $ 150.00
For concerns that aren’t acute but still matter. This visit is ideal for discussing eczema, allergies, asthma, sleep, behavior, nutrition, or other ongoing questions about your child’s health.

Endocannabinoid System Consultation $ 200.00
These consultations support children with difficult to treat conditions such as cancer, ADHD, behavioral challenges, autism-related irritability, seizures, and epilepsy—and are of particular use when traditional medications have been ineffective or caused unwanted side effects.
These consultations help families navigate complex medical needs with the goal of improving comfort, behavior, and overall quality of life.

Important booking information: Pricing and scheduling for group physicals depends on the number of children or participants, as this affects the time needed for each session. Please contact us directly to arrange physical evaluations for your group so we can create a custom plan, estimate costs, and ensure time is scheduled for every child.

Ear Piercing $ 250.00
Balanced Kids offers medical-grade ear piercing using Blomdahl, a trusted system designed specifically for children. We use medical-grade titanium jewelry, which is nickel-free, hypoallergenic, and ideal for sensitive ears. A numbing cream is applied beforehand to make the experience as comfortable as possible, and only high-quality, sterile jewelry is used.

Piercings can be booked à la carte or scheduled as a piercing party for further discounts, making it easy to celebrate with friends or family. We focus on creating a calm, positive, and fun experience so kids feel confident and excited.

This is a sweet milestone, and we’re honored to help families celebrate it in a safe, gentle, and memorable way.
