Balanced Membership:
Enjoy peace of mind, continuous support, comprehensive care and a trusted provider who knows your child, without long waits, rushed appointments, or hidden fees.

Membership includes all Balanced Kids Services in addition to:

Priority Scheduling
Any On-The-Spot testing performed (Flu/COVID/RSV and/or Strep)
We keep many common medications on hand. If your child needs one during a visit, the first dose is included.
24/7 talk or text access with Dr. Sarah for urgent questions and guidance
Early hours & After-hours appointments upon request

Our Balanced membership starts at $150 per month for the first child.
Each additional child is discounted - 20% off for the 2nd, 30% off for the 3rd, 40% off for the 4th, no extra cost beyond that no matter how many children you have:

1 Child = $150/month
2 Children = $270/month
3 Children = $375/month
4 Children or more = $465/month

After-Hours Appointments:
For non-members, we offer a limited number of after-hours appointments for an additional fee of $50 dollars virtual or $100 in person, because we know kids don't get sick on a schedule. Please text or call us at (651) 758-3184 to inquire.

Schedule your visit:
Please select the service you need, ensuring to select the correct option for in-home or virtual. Then choose a time that works best for your family. All appointments are pending until approved. This allows us to ensure adequate travel time between visits and confirm availability. You will receive a confirmation that may have additional paperwork once your appointment is reviewed and approved. Thank you for helping us coordinate personalized care.

Well Child Checks are designed to monitor your child's physical, emotional, and developmental health through every stage of growth. These visits are an opportunity to assess milestones, catch concerns early, and offer guidance tailored to your child's age and needs.

Skip the clinic wait. Schedule your child's in-home physical exam today. Dr. Sarah provides a comprehensive, age-appropriate evaluation in the comfort of your home, making the experience convenient, personalized, and stress-free for both kids and parents.

Each visit includes:

Full physical exam with vital signs and growth assessment.
Review of medical history
Immediate clearance documentation if all requirements are met.
Time for questions and education
No pass, no pay. If your child's physical has findings that do not allow clearance, you will not be charged for the service. Travel fees still apply.

In-home sick visits.

We treat common concerns like:
Fever, cough, sore throat, ear pain, pink eye, stomach bugs, rashes & more.

On the Spot Rapid Testing Available for RSV, Influenza, COVID-19, and strep throat. Results are available during your in-home visit so we can take action right away.

VIRTUAL sick visit

During a virtual sick visit, we assess symptoms, provide guidance, and recommend next steps. Whether that's supportive care at home, prescriptions, or in person follow up.

We treat common concerns like:
