Visit for current patients with new or ongoing symptoms such as illness, pain, or concerns. Focused evaluation and treatment to help you feel better. Evaluation and treatment for common illnesses such as cold, flu, COVID, sinus infections, UTI's, and other acute health concerns. Virtual follow-up visit with your licensed nurse practitioner. Conducted via secure video for established patients only. We accept most major insurance plans. Self-pay options also available.
Federal motor carrier physical examination required for commercial drivers. Performed by a certified medical examiner. Please bring all medications, medical records, and valid ID to your appointment.
Complete physical exam required for work, school, or nursing programs. Includes health review, vital signs, and completion of required forms. TB skin testing (PPD), vaccines, and lab work are available if needed for an additional cost.

For eligible patients, we prescribe compounded GLP-1 medications prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy and shipped directly to your home with cold pack delivery — no pharmacy trips needed. We also offer direct ordering with commercial pharmacies and various options outside of GPL's.
